If you look up “softness” in your dictionary, chances are high that it will propose “unmanliness” as a typical synonym. Isn’t it completely silly? The idea that men are not equally soft, emotional and tender as women is common in everyday life, but nonsense nonetheless.

Humans can be strong, can be tough. Humans can be weak, can be soft. Both is true, irrespective of sex or gender. Working with Rui made this more apparent to me than ever.
